Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450: Explore the Slopes with Bonvo

While we wait to get back on the snow, there is another way to explore the mountains. Bonvo combines 3D maps of real ski resorts with a browser-based skiing game, and its resort directory includes both Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450. It is a fun opportunity to see familiar terrain from a different perspective and get into the winter spirit.

What is Bonvo, and how does it work?

Missing skiing between trips to the mountains? Bonvo brings a little winter fun to your screen. According to its creators, the game runs for free in your browser, with no installation or account required.

Choose a resort, head down a slope, explore in free-ride mode or challenge friends to beat your time. The platform features more than 6,000 real ski resorts worldwide.

Discover Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450 online

For those of us who ski on Bjelasica, the local resorts are an obvious place to start. Both Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450 have dedicated Bonvo pages with information about their slopes and lifts.

Explore the layout, look for familiar parts of the mountain and compare the digital views with your memories from the snow. Could you recognise your favourite run from its shape and position alone?

How realistic are the digital mountains?

Bonvo builds its terrain using elevation data, while slope and lift information comes from OpenStreetMap. This provides a recognisable mountain layout, although some landscape details are simplified or generated.

Treat the digital maps as a way to explore and have fun. They do not confirm whether a particular slope is open or necessarily reflect current snow conditions.

From virtual skiing to real turns

At Reljina Ski Club, our favourite moments still happen on the mountain: the first run of the morning, a well-executed turn and time spent with friends between descents. Games like this offer another way to enjoy our interest in skiing between trips.

If Kolašin 1600 and Kolašin 1450 are among your favourite winter destinations, take a look at their digital maps. When it is time to swap the screen for skis, choose slopes suited to your ability and check the resorts’ latest updates before travelling.
